I lamentation we can’t recollect just where this is in Iceland. we think it was up by lake Myavatn, but I’m not all sure.
That word Myavatn is associated to little mosquitos. we wondered because it had that name until about 5 AM one day. There were millions… and we meant millions of mosquitos that came out of nowhere! It was one of those weather-things were the heat is just undiluted and they get up and go funny for a few hours prior to settling down again. we had to shelter into the automobile often for reasons of sanity!
