I decided to do something different when we curated some Interest Lists over at Facebook.  Come see and subscribe!

Keynote at Kent State

Are you in the Ohio area and want to come to a good event?  The acknowledgment is giveaway and I’ll be articulate a bit about the destiny of photography, sharing, and the internet.  I think.  Actually, we like to chuck in a garland of wildcards that I’m not even entirely wakeful of until a few hours prior to the talk.

Also well known as Mokolii, this particular island seems to stay in your perspective for a few hours as you go along the seashore of Oahu.

EXIF-hunters will notice that we used my D3S to take this print instead of my D3X.  I had to give that D3X a rest after removing it too soppy over the prior 4 days of rainfall.  In fact, this was the first opening of the skies after an unconstrained swell of H2O and storm.  I was so happy to see some energetic skies and be in the undiluted mark when it happened…

Daily Photo – Father and Daughter in Beijing

I was in one of my the one preferred artsy/bohemian areas of Beijing with my D3S you do some people-photography.  It’s some of the best people-watching in the universe around there.

This area is full of all sorts of galleries, shops, curio-stores, very old shops, and other assorted singular Chinese shopping.  The throng ranges from the extravagantly inventive to family groups out on a little escapade.  While we was weaving through the throng myself, we spied this father and daughter on foot in my direction…

Daily Photo – San Francisco Golden Gate by Night

I’d had a very long day up at the TWIT studios with Leo Laporte and gang, where we available TWIT Photo and MacBreak Weekly recently. After all that, we gathering down south to find a place in Sausalito for the night with Tom. We programmed on waking up early the subsequent sunrise for photos. Since we were so close, we decided to take a small travel up the route nearby there to see the overpass in the evening… and that is when we grabbed this shot.

iPad 3 – Our Camera App in Full Force!

The app 100 Cameras in 1 (iTunes Link) has been downloaded over ONE MILLION times, and now the iPad 3 finally has a decent camera to make FULL use of the camera!  All the goods are already HD and 2000×2000, so you are ready to go.  And we are adding even more cold stuff in the nearby future!

Daily Photo – Oahu Vacation

Well, it wasn’t really a vacation.  It was work.  Hard, wet, slogging work.  Don’t let this design dope you.  Okay, you can let it dope you a little bit…  This is about the only object we got the total trip.  90% of it was me being intensely soppy and rsther than physically and emotionally drained. Things were so wet, in fact, that they spoken part of Hawaii a mess area!  I was there for about a week with Tom Anderson, and he was so vehement to uncover me his second home… he had big dreams of fancy-free days, receiving photos on balmy beaches… be we had very little of that…  However, we did my best to furnish a lot of images while there… here’s the first one we longed for to share with you.
