CANON REBEL T1I TEST: MOONLIGHT
Taken with Canon Rebel T1i (aka 500D or Kiss X3) and rounded off edited in Apple iMovie. Problem is that primer bearing is not upheld in the video mode by the stream T1i firmware. 5D Mark II now supports this by the ultimate update. Now the 5D is light years forward of T1i in conditions of video capability. we was personification the piano while my sister’s dog, Bikke, was peeing on the runner just subsequent to the pianos. Piano: Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II, moon: Canon EF 300mm f/4L IS USM. 1920×1080 at twenty fps.
Is the picture during 1:06 regulating the 300mm lens?
this is really pleasing footage. So we pronounced it doesnt go to 1080p, thats unfortunate.

@dsm2xtreme It won’t happen. Even a resampling peculiarity complaint during 720p is not solved. Get newer models, or you’re out of luck. I’m contemptible to contend that, though that’s how things work…
Any thought if Canon is formulation upon releasing an updated firmware to give primer video controls as well as may be 24fps during 1080?

@ytsutano hey i have the t1i with an hd sd label as well as it functions great……no need to outlay 1400 for the thirty fps…….30 fps is to fast

@ashleybrown013 Not for this video. But we operate the lens spasmodic when sharpened the video since it’s still as well as the stabilizer is not as well optimized for still photos.

@CADETINATORT1000 Yes, it can fire 1080i, though during 20fps that is really slow. T2i can go up to 30fps with 1080i, so get T2i instead of T1i if “full HD” recording is important.
So this camera does take full HD video?

you can wizz even with a kitlens. a only tough to keep a camera solid as well as wizz during a same time.

Yes, though cropped in Photoshop from a RAW image.
There’s no approach to stand a video partial given a images have been resampled by a camera to really tiny distance (1080p or 720p). T2i solves this complaint by ancillary video cropping.
