ANALOG PHOTOGRAPHY TUTORIAL: BATTERY CHANGE
Basic steps: How to insert a battery into a Yashica FX-3 (Super 2000), Contax 139 Quartz, Yashica FR-I In my first video about the Yashica FX-3 we didn’t open the battery hilt with a silver as it is ostensible to be, it was a rsther than spontanous video, we longed for to take some cinema with it, so prior to we extrinsic the 35mm movie cartridge we put my video camera to movie it. In this new video we goal that you can see it better! 
Sometimes a video can be clearer than an oparting direction booklet, and many times there one cannot even find one for these old, but but excellent analog SLR cameras. The Yashica FX-3 and the Contax 139 Quartz (along with the Yashica models FX-1, FX-2, FX-7 and FX-D Quartz and others) need 2 x 1,55V silver-oxide (SR44) or 2 x 1,5V containing alkali (LR44) batteries. The Yashica FR-I (along with the FR and the FR-II and the Contax RTS & RTS II) requires a 6V silver-oxide 544 or PX28 battery.

The automatic shiver of a FX-3 functions though a battery, though a electromagnetical shutters of a 139 Quartz as well as a FR we don’t.
Why do you operate the battery?

Unfortunately, Kyocera, a manufacturer of Yashica as well as Contax camera, has ceased a prolongation of a cameras a little 6 years ago, as well as that’s because there is a complaint with gangling tools as well as use for these cameras now. we could give we a little addresses of correct shops in Germany, though we have no informations about correct shops in a U.S. But as it has a rsther than elementary pattern as well as has been a wide-spread camera, we suspect which most correct shops can repair a FX-3!
Hello! we have a used yashica fx-3 as well as was meddlesome in starting photography though a movie allege push is broken.
we attempted screwing it in parsimonious given it was lax though it was a proxy day fix…and right away a lax again unless i rewind it with a screwdriver 
…is there any place i can repair it or can i uncover we a little cinema to assistance me repair it?

Danke schön! Ein Euro hätte einfach nicht gepasst, der gehört in die Epoche der Digitalkameras, die in der Regel Akkus benötigen, und die Batteriefachabdeckungen werden inzwischen mit Schiebemechanismen verschlossen…
Ja, ist schon schade, dass es mit der analoge Photographie immer weniger wird…
